Help is available for unloading your packed vehicles when you arrive at Northpoint. Xpert Home Services will do that. The cost varies depending on the number of people in your party. The charge for 2 people is $50.

They like as much notice as possible about your arrival date and time. Village Realty is not involved with your engaging Xpert's services, so you will need to pay the vendor yourself.
